Personal data protection

At ILIRIKA d.d. Ljubljana (hereinafter: ILIRIKA or the company or we) we are aware of the importance of protecting personal data, and therefore we handle your data in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. In accordance with the new framework introduced by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and the applicable law governing the protection of personal data in the Republic of Slovenia at any given time, ILIRIKA, as a controller of personal data, must enable individuals whose personal data it processes to be informed of all relevant data that enables them to be informed.

The company, as controller of personal data, has prepared "Rules for the processing of personal data of ILIRIKA d.d." (available at the very bottom) in order to implement the principle of fair and transparent processing, which enables an individual to obtain all relevant information relating to their personal data in one place.

At the company, we collect individuals' personal data from various sources. In most cases, clients provide it to us directly when you choose a particular financial product or service. We also collect it indirectly when we monitor the use of financial products and services. We also generate certain data ourselves, as we process data for the purposes of reporting, analysis, etc. In addition, we may also use other information about individuals that is available or has been provided to us from public sources (public registers, databases, internet applications, social networks or other public sources of information). All collected data and information are processed by the company's employees in the course of performing their work.

The company will carefully store and protect personal data and, through a range of measures, prevent unauthorised disclosure of data to unauthorised persons. We undertake that we will not transfer, lend or sell personal data to a third party without prior notice and obtaining your consent, without appropriate protective measures, and that we will process the aforementioned personal data only within the scope of lawful legal bases and selected purposes.
