ILIRIKA's vision is to adapt to the customer and establish the ILIRIKA brand as a synonym for quality, both in Slovenia and in other target markets. We want to become a highly professional financial company that provides personal, high-quality, fast and comprehensive service and meets the expectations of the most demanding customers. The company's strategic objective is long-term operations in the domestic market and the markets of South-Eastern Europe, where we already operate through affiliated companies, and the prudent and successful enhancement of investors' assets. The company also intends to further deepen and improve the usability of the online platform and the associated video identification, thereby enabling access to all customers from around the world.
The company carried out the following activities as part of its notified operation:
Redesigned process for opening a trading account online;
Redesigned website with added subpages containing information for customers about new products
Digitalisation of data capture and customer data printout,
Support for the digital opening of the "Blue Pension" management contract
Mobile web application for mobile phones
Training employees to use, promote and support new digital services and products
Consultancy on the implementation of open innovation;
Measures to strengthen cybersecurity;
The planned effects of the operation are better accessibility of digitalised services, greater customer satisfaction due to easier use of the online platform, paperless business operations and better customer information.
